Luckily, Bandhan Bank makes it easy to access and download your statements in just a few steps through its mobile app, internet banking, or by visiting the branch. In this blog, we will guide you through each method step-by-step to make it easy and hassle-free.
What is The Bandhan Bank Statement?
A Bandhan Bank Statement is a detailed record of the transactions made in your account over a selected period. It shows all credits, debits, and balances for your savings or current account.
You may need your bank statement to:
- Track expenses
- Confirm payments or refunds
- Apply for loans or visa documentation
- File your income tax returns
These statements can be downloaded in PDF format with ease via the mBandhan Mobile App or NetBanking, and they are also available by email or in paper format at the branch.
1. Download the Statement Via the mBandhan Mobile App
Follow these simple steps to get your Bandhan Bank statements via the mobile app:
If Using the App for the First Time
- Open the Bandhan Bank App.
- Tap Get Started.
- Verify your mobile number:
- The app will send an SMS from your registered number.
- Enter your mobile number and tap Forgot MPIN (if not set).
- Set your MPIN using:
- Debit Card or PAN Card details.
- Enter the OTP received on your phone and set a new MPIN.
- Now, log in with your MPIN.
Method 1: Using Recent Transactions
- Log in to the Bandhan Bank App with your 6-digit MPIN.
- Scroll down to Recent Transactions to see a mini statement.
- For a full statement, tap View All.
- Select:
- Account Number.
- Month.
- Transaction Type: All, Credit, or Debit.
- (Optional) Amount Filter (leave blank if not needed).
- Tap Apply to view the statement.
Method 2: Using the Menu
- Log in with your MPIN.
- Tap the Menu Bar (three lines on the top-left).
- Go to Accounts and Loans > Statements.
- Select the statement type:
- Savings Account Statement
- Current Account Statement
- Loan Statement
- FD Statement
- RD Statement
- Choose the format (CSV or PDF).
- Select PDF to download.
PDF Password to Open the Bandhan Bank Statement
- The PDF is password-protected.
- Use this format to unlock the PDF:
- Password = First 4 letters of your name in CAPITALS + DOB in DDMM format.

2. Get the Statement via NetBanking
If you prefer to use Bandhan Bank’s Internet Banking portal, follow these steps:
- Go to the Bandhan Bank Internet Banking page.
- Log in with your User ID, Password, and Captcha.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- From the menu, select Accounts and Loans.
- Tap on Statements.
- Choose the type of account and the period for which you need the statement.
- Download the statement in PDF format.
First-Time User Registration:
- Click New User Register on the login page.
- Enter your mobile number.
- Register using either:
- Debit Card details or
- Personal Information (PAN, DOB, etc.)
- Set your User ID and Password.
- Now, log in with your credentials and follow the above steps to download your statement.
3. Register for Monthly Statements via Email
You can opt to receive monthly statements directly to your email. To activate this service:
- Visit the Bandhan Bank branch or contact customer care.
- Provide your account details and email ID.
- Once registered, Bandhan Bank will send your statement to your inbox every month.
These emailed statements are also PDF-protected. Use the same password format:
First 4 letters of your name in CAPITALS + DOB in DDMM format.
4. Visit the Branch: Request a Paper Statement
If you prefer a physical copy of your statement, you can request it at any Bandhan Bank branch.
- Bandhan Bank provides one free statement of account per year for home loans.
- For additional statements, a fee of Rs 100 plus GST applies.

5. Get Bandhan Bank Mini Statement
For a quick summary of recent five transactions, you can request a mini statement via SMS or missed call:
- SMS Method: Send the following SMS to 9136022000:
MINI <Account Number>
Example:MINI 1013XXXXXX2723
- Missed Call Method:
Give a missed call to 9223008777 from your registered mobile number.- You will receive a mini statement via SMS shortly.
